Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
Effective date: June 28, 2026
By ticking the consent box during registration or sign-in to the Battlevellum service (the “Service”) and by using the Service, the User, acting freely, of their own will, and in their own interest, gives consent to the processing of their personal data on the terms below.

1. Personal data to which consent applies
E-mail address;
Password (in hashed form);
Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and data about actions within the Service collected automatically, including via Yandex.Metrica.
2. Purposes of processing
Registration and authentication of the User; provision of access to and operation of the Service; ensuring security; communication with the User; and improvement of the Service.
3. List of actions with personal data
Consent is given to the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer to processors acting on the Operator's behalf, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data, by automated and non-automated means.
4. Term and withdrawal of consent
Consent is given for the period of use of the Service and storage of the Account, and remains valid until withdrawn.
The User may withdraw consent at any time by deleting their Account or by sending a request to the Operator at battlevellum@yandex.ru. Withdrawal of consent may make further use of the Service impossible.
5. Confirmation
The User confirms that the personal data provided is accurate, that the User has read the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, and that the consequences of giving and withdrawing consent are understood.
This consent is drawn up in Russian; translations are provided for convenience, and the Russian-language version prevails in case of discrepancy.
By accepting at registration and using the Service, the User confirms this consent to the processing of their personal data.
